Multi-Ethnic Talent & Promotion is many races, ethnicities, and languages with one goal: to change the landscape of the entertainment industry.

Our co-founders, Annette and Joan, have been advocating for diverse performers and writers since they founded the management company in 1994.

​

They have broken barriers and created a source for authenticity, inspiration, and growth that had and, to a certain degree, is still missing in this industry.

​

They met while at the University of Miami School of Law; both making last minute decisions to “go to law school.” It was there they realized they could both work together. When Annette become the editor of the law school paper, Joan became one her top columnists. And even though Joan never made a deadline, they got into a working routine that helped shape this company. Their #1 rule: they can get upset, just not both at the same time.
